Obverse: Centered on the obverse is a rendition of Lady Liberty wearing a Phrygian cap engraved with the word "LIBERTY" upon the headband. The cap is embellished with an array of foliage, including oak leaves, cotton bolls and grains of wheat. Thirteen stars encircle the portrait, along with the inscription "E PLURIBUS UNUM" and the "2021" issue date.
Reverse: An eagle grasping three arrows and an olive branch is depicted on the reverse, with a ribbon-tied wreath of laurel curving beneath the national bird. The privy mark honoring the Carson City Mint, the letters "CC" on a raised oval, appears below the wreath. Inscribed "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "IN GOD WE TRUST" and "ONE DOLLAR."
